    Cancellation Policy

    This is a non-binding English translation. In case of discrepancies, the German version applies.

    B2B service — no statutory right of withdrawal

    LabNote Light is provided exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law. The service is not directed at consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.

    The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts under §§ 312g, 355 BGB applies exclusively to consumers and therefore does not apply to contracts concluded with us. There is accordingly no right of withdrawal.

    Termination

    The contract can be terminated under the conditions set out in our Terms of Service (see § 9 of the Terms). The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

    Voluntary trial / refund policy

    If we offer a free trial period or a separate refund policy, this will be expressly designated as such in the offer or in our Terms of Service. Such a voluntary arrangement does not constitute a statutory right of withdrawal.
