Samples, equipment, experiments, and documents can be exchanged through the available imports and exports. The REST API and webhooks connect LabNote.Light with other systems.
Import Excel and CSV data
Import equipment through the CSV wizard and other supported records through their available import paths.
Export structured data
Export supported master data, experiments, and records in their available formats, including CSV, JSON, and PDF.
Push and pull to other systems
REST API with OAuth 2.0 and personal access tokens for connected systems and defined data-exchange processes.
Signed events
Webhooks deliver configured events to connected systems with HMAC signatures.
Interfaces on request
Special integrations with an existing LIMS, ERP, or internal system are scoped on request.
CSV, JSON and PDF
Exports as CSV, JSON and PDF; imports from CSV with preview and column mapping.
