Frequently asked
Can I import existing Excel lists?
Yes. The import wizard takes Excel and CSV files by drag-and-drop, maps columns to sample fields and validates the rows before you commit.
Are movements revision-proof?
Every movement writes a record with person, time, amount and source/target location. Status changes and handovers additionally land in the sample history.
Do I need hardware for QR codes?
No. The QR scanner runs in the browser — on a phone right at the freezer too. Labels print on standard printers or label printers.
Can I add my own sample fields?
Yes. Custom fields, board columns, status flows and automations can be configured per organisation, with no development work.
What do customers see in the portal?
Only their own orders: sample status, released reports to download and messages to the lab. Access is granted per customer and can be revoked at any time.
Can analyses be subcontracted?
Yes. Subcontractors are on file, the assignment hangs off the sample, and the returned result flows into the same report.
