02 · Equipment evidence
Calibration and qualification on the equipment record
Due dates, certificates, measurement uncertainty and signed IQ/OQ/PQ evidence remain on the equipment record and are available to the test workflow.
Equipment & calibration03 · Result review
Entered values are not yet released results
Specification, measurement uncertainty and decision rule are reviewed visibly. Open deviations can block report release.
Methods & QC analytics04 · CAPA
Keep deviation, action and effectiveness together
A CAPA connects the original finding with root-cause analysis, ownership, due date and later effectiveness review.
Documents, audits & CAPAProduct areas
Six modules on one data core
Each module can be used on its own. Together they use the same samples, methods, equipment, people and evidence.
Lab journal
Document experiments from templates, link, review and sign them.
Sample management
Manage intake, orders, storage, aliquots, history and reports.
Methods & QC analytics
Manage methods, validation, result review, control charts and OOS.
Documents, audits & CAPA
Control documents, plan audits and follow actions through effectiveness review.
Lab safety
Approve and acknowledge SDS-linked risk assessments and operating instructions.
Equipment & calibration
Manage equipment records, due dates, maintenance, calibration, qualification and incidents.
Daily laboratory work
Tasks, due dates and data exchange on the record
Inbox, QR access, customer portal and interfaces complement the domain modules. The optional assistant can summarise content or suggest text. Users review these suggestions; approvals and technical decisions remain with the responsible people.
- QR labels for samples, equipment and storage locations
- Customer portal for status and released reports
- REST API, webhooks and defined connectors

Workflows for ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001
LabNote.Light supports workflows under ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001 — from contract review and methods through audit, CAPA and management review. Accreditation and certification concern the organisation and its operating processes, not the software alone.
Adoption
Start with the modules you need
LabNote.Light is in early access. Pricing is per user from a minimum of ten users; plans differ in support, onboarding and storage.
Common questions
Do all modules need to be introduced at once?
No. Modules can be used individually and connected later on the same data core.
Is LabNote.Light certified to ISO/IEC 17025 or ISO 9001?
No. The software supports documented workflows. Accreditation or certification assesses the laboratory or organisation.
Does the assistant make technical decisions?
No. Users must review suggestions and summaries. Approvals and signatures remain separate, person-bound steps.
Review LabNote.Light against your workflows
