Management review brings the required topics together with records from the quality system. Inputs can be prefilled, edited individually, summarised, moved through review status and exported as PDF.

Objectives and actions
Target, actual value and ownership stay connected
Quality objectives retain target, current value, unit, due date and status. Linked process indicators show what the assessment is based on. Management-review decisions are tracked separately with owners and follow-up.
Operating overview
Move into open work instead of only viewing totals
The cross-segment overview shows implemented indicators for bioprocess, QC and chemistry alongside open certificate drafts and equipment alarms. Linked entries lead back to the responsible workspace.
Roles and responsibilities
Admin, department-lead and laboratory-lead roles have different scopes; additional capabilities can be controlled explicitly.
Reports and exports
Standard reports, run history, scheduled runs and CSV, XLSX or PDF output are available by report and permission.
Reviewable audit trail
Filters, record detail, export, hash-chain verification and external time anchoring support review; they do not replace organisational assessment.
Clear commercial scope
All product modules are included in the published plans. Pricing starts at €20 per user per month, with a ten-user minimum and excluding VAT.
Common questions
Is there a dedicated Leadership dashboard?
LabNote.Light provides several purpose-built views: management review, quality objectives, quality overview, cross-segment indicators and reports. A general per-department adoption analysis is not currently offered as a commitment.
Which roles support leadership work?
Organisation administration, department leads and laboratory leads have different permissions. Quality approvals depend on assigned capabilities and server-side access rules, not a generic ‘Leadership’ role.
Does management review replace professional assessment?
No. Prefilled inputs and indicators support preparation. Assessment, decisions, approval and effectiveness review remain with the responsible people.
Can LabNote.Light be self-hosted?
Self-hosting is not currently offered as a product commitment. The database, authentication, files and server-side functions are provided through Supabase on AWS in Frankfurt. Requirements for roles, data flows and exports are assessed during early access.
